These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Dragon Quant AI ("Dragon", "we", "us"). They cover the Dragon app, the website at dragonquant.net, FANG, the charts, maps, flow, sector and projection tools, alerts, courses, live rooms, community chat, one-on-one sessions and everything else we offer (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, using the Service, or tapping I agree, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Not financial advice
The Service is for information and education only. Nothing in it is investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, option, cryptocurrency or other instrument. This includes setups, buy zones, wrong lines, targets, levels, projections, measured rates, alerts, FANG answers, courses, live sessions, chat, reports, portfolio reviews and one-on-one sessions.
Dragon is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or financial planner, and is not your fiduciary. We do not know your finances, goals or tolerance for risk, and nothing we provide is tailored to you.
You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are solely responsible for your decisions and their results. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before you invest.
One-on-one sessions and portfolio reviews are educational. They use public market data and Dragon's analysis tools, and they do not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
2. Trading is risky
Trading stocks, options and other instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Options can lose their entire value quickly. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Please read the Risk Disclosure.
3. Rates, projections and past results
A rate such as "hits 6 in 10 once filled" describes how a class of setups behaved in our historical testing. It is not a promise, a prediction or the result of actual trading, and it can change as more data comes in.
Historical and hypothetical results have limits. They are produced with hindsight, do not reflect real fills, slippage, commissions or liquidity, and cannot account for the effect of real losses on real decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Projections (volatility cones, expected moves, measured moves, past paths, seasonal paths and similar) are ranges and geometry drawn from past prices and option prices. They are not forecasts of where a price will go.
A level marks where a trade idea is wrong. Prices can and do trade through levels.
4. AI-generated content
FANG and other features use artificial intelligence and automated analysis. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Check anything important yourself, and do not rely on AI output as the only basis for a decision.
5. Market data
Market data comes from third parties such as exchanges and data vendors. It can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. Data and content in the Service are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute them.
6. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you must follow the laws that apply to you.
One person per account. Keep your password private. We may limit the number of devices signed in at once (for example one phone and one computer) and sign older devices out.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
7. Memberships and payments
Memberships are sold and billed through our payment provider (currently Whop). Prices, trial periods, renewals, cancellations and refunds are shown at checkout and in your payment-provider account, and they form part of these Terms.
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your payment-provider account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Except where the law requires otherwise or checkout says otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change applies to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
share, resell or transfer your access, or let anyone else use your account;
copy, scrape, record or redistribute the Service, its data, setups, alerts, courses or content, or access it with bots or automated tools;
reverse engineer the Service, get around its security or device limits, or interfere with how it runs;
post anything unlawful, infringing, harmful, harassing or misleading;
use the Service to manipulate markets, run pump-and-dump schemes, spread false information or break securities laws;
sell signals, promote other services or solicit members;
pretend to be Dragon, its staff or anyone else.
9. Community, chat and live rooms
What members post reflects their own views, not Dragon's, and is not advice.
Be respectful. We may moderate, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Live rooms may be recorded or clipped for members to replay. By joining a live room you agree to that.
10. Your content and your positions
You keep ownership of what you post and of the positions you log. You give us a licence to host, store, process and display that content so we can run the Service, for example to show your profit and loss and send your alerts.
Positions you log are private to you unless you choose to share them.
11. Our property
The Service, its software, design, analysis, setups, text and courses, and the Dragon name, logo and eye, belong to Dragon or its licensors. While you are a member in good standing, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. That licence ends when your membership ends.
12. Alerts and notifications
Alerts and push notifications are best effort. They can be late or never arrive. Do not rely on them to manage a position.
13. Other services
The Service links to and works with services run by others, such as our payment provider, brokers and Discord. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
14. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Dragon and its owners, staff, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from or related to the Service, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Dragon in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Dragon against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your trading decisions or your breach of these Terms.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so to protect the Service, other members or ourselves. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 1–5 and 14–18) survive the end of your membership.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Risk Disclosure. When we do, we will post the new version with its date and ask you to accept it in the app before you continue. If you do not accept, stop using the Service.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dragon Quant AI is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us first and try in good faith to resolve it informally.
